What is God Goss? ...
- One minute of good news every week - on radio and online
- Showbiz-style, with spiritual and Christian content
- Broadcast as a commercial, not a "Godslot"
- Fast, fun, and totally tabloid in content
- Targeted solely at 20-40 somethings who'd probably never go near church
- Aims not to preach, but to "image-shift" and give Christianity a fairer hearing
- Supporting website helps those intrigued by what they hear to find out more
- Weekly broadcasts contain stories like:
- Amy Winehouse being invited to join a monastery
- Coldplay's latest album being inspired by hymns
- The churches who meet in Costa coffee shops
- The Olympic athlete who won gold after someone texted her a Bible verse
- Currently off air, but hoping to return soon in a new format

Want to hear "God Goss" on YOUR local station?
- God Goss won't get on the radio unless Christians pay for it - like any other group
- It needn't cost the earth: just £10 per month each for 50 to 100 churches
- For that, you could reach hundreds of thousands who'd probably never go near church
- None of this money goes to God Goss. It's all spent on radio airtime!
What You Can Do
- We need at least 50 pledges per area to get God Goss on your local larger music station
- Bigger stations/cities cost more
- Pledge just £10 per month (or more if you wish!) to God Goss by filling in the form
- This commits you to NOTHING - UNTIL enough people in your Heart station area sign up
- At that point, we'll ask you to set up a standing order
- We'll then launch God Goss on your local station and you can hear it every week
- Once enough churches sign up, we'll set up a podcast
(and run a "God Goss" workshop in your area to show you how to use it ...)
The Vision
- To establish "God Goss" on larger commercial music stations as THE "religious broadcast" across the UK
- To create a Christian brand, a safe place to go, that's TRUSTED by mainstream audiences
- To show people that the Christian message can make sense!
- To give churches a way to advertise their events through station podcast web page
- To give churches a chance to "goss God" locally, in pub- or house-based outreach groups
